摘　　要：现代农业庄园是符合我国农业生产、农村经济及新农村建设多元化发展需求的新产物,是未来农业发展的重要形式。本文通过对云南省明德花椒庄园规划的实例研究,总结规划中应遵循的原则和设计理念,尝试能够指导现代农业庄园的规划设计,为现代农业庄园的开发建设奠定基础。According to the new trend of diversified development in agriculture, modern agricultural manor is a new product and an important form of the future agricultural development. This paper, through the case study of Mingde zanthoxylum manor in Yunnan Province summarizes the planning principles and design ideas, tries to guide the planning and design, and lays a foundation for the development and cons^uction of modern agricultural manor.
