摘  要:我国铝土矿矿石类型以硬水铝石型为主,平均品位较低。本文以河南省登封高硅铝土矿为原料,采用低钙烧结法制取氧化铝,并与传统的碱石灰烧结法进行对比评价。结果表明,与碱石灰烧结法相比,低钙烧结法的一次性资源消耗和物料总量分别降低12.98%、19.97%,石灰石用量减少51.4%。因此,低钙烧结法符合资源节约和清洁生产的要求,有望得到应用。The type of domestic bauxite is mainly diaspore with lower grade. In this paper, it is introduce that the bauxite in Dengfeng of Henan province is used to produce alumina by low -lime sintering process and comparison evaluation with traditional alkali lime sintering process are implemented. The results indicate that low - lime sintering process is more efficient than alkali lime sintering process, and the disposable resources of 12.98% and the total raw materials volume of 19.97% are reduced respectively. In addition, the usage amount of lime stone of 51.4% is decreased. Therefore, low - lime sin- tering process meets requirements of resources saving and cleaner production, it is promising to be applied for production of alumina.
