摘　　要：20世纪60年代末邓小平流放江西,这让他开始对盛行多载的极左思潮以及党和国家领导制度中存在的弊端有了大彻大悟的反思,产生了政治体制改革的必要性想法;70年代末,邓小平出访日本、新加坡、美国,强烈感受到中外经济的差距,由是他对政治改革的迫切性有了更深的认识。可政治改革异常复杂,年迈的邓小平对此极其谨慎。当今,在经济改革巨大成就的基础上,在公民政治参与意识不断高涨的形势下,进行以制约权力、增强决策的科学性、民主性、公开性、透明化为核心的政治改革,既具有了更好的基础,也显得更为紧迫。The reform of political system is a crucial part in the layout of China's socialist modernization,which has a close association with social stability and sustainable economic development. When Deng was in exile to Jiangxi province in the late 1960 s,he reflected on the ultra- left ideological trend that was prevalent for many years and the deficiencies existent in the system of party and state leadership and then realized the necessity of reforming political system. After Deng's visit to Japan,Singapore and America in the late 1970 s,he recognized the economic gap between China and these foreign countries and had a deeper understanding of the urgency of reform. Due to the complexity of political reform,Deng was extremely cautious about it. Nowadays,with the economic reform obtaining great achievements and the citizens ' rising awareness of political participation,launching the political reform centered on restricting power and strengthening the scientificity,democracy,openness and transparency of policy- making not only has a better foundation,also appears more urgent.
