服务型制造背景下新型IE人才培养的探索

摘　　要：随着服务与制造相互融合,服务型制造成为制造企业发展的一个新趋势,在分析服务型制造对IE人才新要求与传统IE人才培养现状的基础上,以常州工学院为研究对象,从基础认知、实践体系、训练机制与创新氛围四方面,分析了其服务型制造背景下新型IE人才培养模式的特点,为各院校IE人才培养模式提出了对策建议。With the mutual integration of service and manufacturing, service-oriented manufacturing has become a new trend in the development of manufacturing enterprises. Based on an analysis of the new re- quirements of IE talents for service-oriented manufacturing and the status of traditional IE talent training, this paper analyzed the characteristic of new IE talent training mode in Changzhou Institute of Technology （CIT） in the context of service-oriented manufacturing from four aspects： fundamental cognition, practice system, training mechanism and innovation atmosphere, finally countermeasures and suggestions for developing IE talent training mode proposed for other colleges and universities.
