干扰素α-2b联合咪喹莫特乳膏外搽在尖锐湿疣患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察干扰素α-2b皮损内注射联合咪喹莫特乳膏外搽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组28例;治疗组30例。对照组患者采用5%咪喹特乳膏外用,每周3次,睡前用药,疗程8周,治疗组采用重组干扰素α-2b皮内注射,每次100万U,隔日1次,疗程8周,同时联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用,每周3次,睡前用药。观察两种方法疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为93.3%、64.3%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.45,P<0.05);治疗组与对照组痊愈患者随访6个月后的复发率分别为7.1%、57.1%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:干扰素α-2b联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗CA疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床使用。Objectives：To observe the efficacy of intralesional injection of interferon α-2b combined with imiquimod cream on condyloma acuminatum.Methods：58 patients with condyloma accuminatum were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group （30 patients）and the control group （28 patients）.Patients in treatment group were treated by intralesional injection of interferon α-2b combined with imiquimod cream,and those in con-trol group were treated with imiquimod cream.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 93.3% and 64.3% respectively,with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. After 3 months’follow -up,the recurrent rate in the treatment group and control group were 7.1% and 57.1%, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）.The adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically sig-nificant （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of intralesional injection of interferon α-2b combined with imi-quimod cream on condyloma acuminatum is effective,with low recurrence rate.
