摘 要:提出和建立了准双导程锥蜗杆传动的概念与方法。蜗轮蜗杆构成的传动仍然建立在空间相错轴螺旋齿轮传动原理基础上。蜗杆的两侧齿面是两个螺旋角不等的阿基米德螺旋面,是一种等导程锥螺杆。蜗轮蜗杆传动啮合状态等效于双导程锥蜗杆传动,它在两个基圆柱公切面内形成近似直线接触。准双导程锥蜗杆传动,蜗杆可以在车床上采用类似于切削锥螺纹的方法完成加工,配对的锥蜗轮利用标准模数齿轮滚刀实施切齿加工,使工程实施更为简便。分析了阿基米德螺旋面替代渐开螺旋面的误差及其影响因素,推导了蜗杆与蜗轮相关几何参数计算公式。在已经建立的传动副设计方法基础上,完成样件加工和初步传动试验。In this paper a concept and method on quasi dual-lead spiroid gearing are proposed. The Worm transmission is built on the principle of Space Cross-shaft helical gear. Both sides of the gear tooth surface of the worm is made of two Archimedean spiral surface with unequal helix angle, and is a equal-lead spiroid too. Meshing State of the Worm transmission is equivalent to dual-lead spiroid gearing, and it is an approximation line contact in two Cylindrical tan-gent planes. In quasi Dual-lead spiroid gearing,processing method of the worm is similar to a method of cutting taper thread in a lathe, and Processing method of the matching cone worm gear can be cut using standard modulus gear hob, which is more convenient. Error and its influencing factors of the Archimedes spiral surface replacement involutes Helicoids,related geometry parameters calculation formula of worm and worm gear was deduced. Living example design, the sample processing and preliminary drive test based on established transmission pair design method has been completed.
