摘 要:针对高精度轻武器瞄准镜的检测技术现状,研究了一种能够剔除重复装卡误差、实现瞄准镜零位变化量高精度检测的方法,采用光电自准直仪实现无穷远目标模拟和瞄准镜重复装卡误差的测量,CCD相机代替人眼进行瞄准镜内景物观瞄和瞄准点位置变化检测。对方法进行了原理公式推导、基于光电自准的装卡误差剔除方法建模、分析了瞄准镜零位变化量测量误差,并通过实验验证了方法的可行性。结果表明,该方法可实现0.01mil的高精度零位变化量检测,保证了瞄准镜零位变化量高精度的测量。According to inspection technique status of high precision small arms sight-telescopes, a method of rejecting the repetitive positioning error and implementing the high-precision detection of sight-telescopes zero position variation was studied. The simulation of infinite far target and the measurement of sight-telescopes repetitive positioning error were implemented by using photoelectric autocollimator;CCD camera instead of human eyes was used in viewer-sight scenery of sight-telescopes and detection for aiming point position changes. This principle formula was derived based on photoelectric self-collimating installed error reject method modeling;the measurement errors of sight-telescopes zero po-sition variation were analyzed;the feasibility of this method was verified by experiment. The result showed that the de-tection of high-precision zero position variation of 0.01 mil can be implemented by this method and high precision measurement of this sight-telescopes zero position variation can be guaranteed.
