摘 要:大连石化分公司的国内首套柴油在线调合设施自2008年6月建成以来,由于流量波动较大,优化调合模块一直没有正式投用。为彻底解决这一问题,2013年该公司对控制系统进行全面的研究和分析,经过2个月反复试验,发现当系统压力升高时压力控制阀开始调节,由于设定的自保压力与调节压力太接近,压力控制阀还没来得及将系统压力稳定下来就触发压力自保,导致系统压力在很短时间内急剧下降,这样周期性自保造成调合组分流量波动,导致自动控制失效。经过反复测试和分析,发现通过改变系统背压值和调整压力分程控制的模式,将过剩组分压力控制的分程控制点从20%/80%调整为50%/50%,压力控制的开启值由0.40 MPa调整为0.30 MPa,只要组分周期流量变化不超过10%,就能实现自动稳定控制。The blending optimization module has not been formally commissioned since 2008 in the online diesel blending facility of Dalian Petrochemical Company, which is the first diesel online blending facility in China due to great flow fluctuation. To solve this problem, the company made an extensive study on the con- trol system in 2013. The two months' repeated tests found that, when the system pressure rose, the pressure control valve began to function. The system safety pressure was too close to the control pressure. With the ris- ing of the system pressure, the interlock protection was tripped before the pressure control valve had time to stabilize the system pressure, leading to the rapid pressure drop in the system in very short time. The periodic self protection would result in the fluctuation of flow of blending components and mal-function of control sys- tem. The repeated tests and analysis found that, through the change of back pressure and adjustment of pres- sure split control, the split control points of surplus components pressure could be changed from 20%/80% from 50%/50%. The starting point of pressure control was changed to 0.3 MPa from 0.4 MPa at the condition that the variation of component flowrate did not exceed 10%. The automatic stable control can be realized.
