摘 要:针对催化裂化烟气脱硫中存在引进技术费用高、烟气阻力大及运行成本高等问题,提出了文氏棒喷淋塔和文氏棒液柱塔两种高效低阻的新型烟气洗涤吸收设备,即在气液吸收塔内设置文丘里棒,将文丘里棒与空塔喷淋或液柱喷射技术有机结合,使新的文氏棒塔具有喷淋空塔压力降低、填料塔气液分布好、鼓泡塔“液包气”传热及传质推动力大、脱硫除尘效率高、能耗低等特点.该技术在35 t/h煤粉炉烟气脱硫装置示范结果表明:脱硫塔操作运行液气比(体积比)维持在2 L/m3左右,压力降小于1.20 kPa,脱硫率在93.05% ~ 98.59%,NOx脱除率在55.62%以上,脱硫过程消耗商品氨液量在0.3 t/h以下,氨利用率达到97%以上.装置处理能力及脱硫效果均达到预期目标.该技术可替代国外引进工艺,实现对催化裂化烟气除尘、脱硫一体化治理.As the license fee for the FCC flue gas desulfurization process is high and flue gas resistance is great as well the operating cost is high, it is recommended to apply the high-efficiency and low-resistance flue gas scrubbing equipment, i.e. Venturi-rod deck spray tower and Venturi-rod deck liquid column tower. In the Venturi-rod deck spray tower, the venture rod is optimally integrated wi vantages of low pressure drop, good gas and liquid distribution of packi th liquid column, which offers the ad- ng tower, high heat and mass transfer efficiency of bubbling tower, high sulfur and dust removal rates and low energy consumption, etc. The com- mercial demonstration operation of a 35 t/h coal powder furnace flue gas scrubber shows that : when the scrub- ber tower is operating at a liquid to gas ratio of about 2 L/m3, the pressure drop is lower than 1.20 kPa, the sulfur removal rate is 93.05% - 98.59%, the NOx removal rate is over 55.62%, the liquid ammonia consumption is lower than 0.3 t/h and the ammonia utilization rate is over 97%. The unit capacity and sulfur removal rate meet the design specifications. This technology can replace the overseas process for the integrated desulfurization and dust removal of FCC flue gas.
