摘 要:目的调查四川省手术室专科护士培训后的工作现状和岗位发挥作用,为进一步完善手术室专科护士培训及使用提供参考。方法采用自制问卷调查表,对经四川省人民医院手术室专科护士培训基地培训并考核合格318名专科护士的工作现状进行调查。结果收回300份有效调查结果显示,11.67%的专科护士担任了护士长职务,92.0%的专科护士常查阅专业资料,76.67%的专科护士尝试论文的写作发表,73.67%专科护士担任专科组长,77.67%参与教学。19.0%的专科护士培训后从事工作岗位较前无明显变化,并对没有变化的工作现状感到不满意,3.33%的专科护士已离开手术室护理岗位。结论四川省手术室专科护士培训后综合能力明显提高,并发挥积极作用,成为业务骨干和护理管理者。系统的课程设置与针对性强的培训模式能有效提高专科护士的综合能力。Objective By surveying the post -training work situation of operation room nurse specialists in Sichuan Province ,China ,this paper is to provide a reference for further improving the training and deployment system of operation room nurse specialists ,discussing the effects of the training program on the operation room nurse specialists ,which may further develope their career planning .Methods By using a set of self -made questionnaires ,we surveyed the working situ‐ation of 318 operation room nurse specialists ,who were trained and qualified in the Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital Nurse Specialist Training Base .Results According to the recalled 300 effective questionnaires ,10 of the nurse specialists have left their positions as operation room nurses ,accounting for the 3 .33% off -post rate .35(11 .67% )nurse specialists have been promoted as head nurses .After the training ,while 92 .0% of nurse specialists often consulted professional materi‐als ,76 .67% of them started to write and publish articles .Conclusion The operation room nurse specialists'training mecha‐nism is imperfect in China .To strengthen position management of nurse specialists ,smartly use and wield specialists nurse into full effects are urgent problems to be solved .
