接骨七厘片对骨折愈合过程中血液生化指标作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨接骨七厘片对骨折愈合过程中血液生化指标的影响作用。方法:将80只Wistar大鼠均分为对照组和治疗组各40例,人工制造左胫骨骨折模型后分笼饲养;采用接骨七厘片浓缩液灌胃治疗,于术后5天、10天、20天、30天采集血液样本进行生化指标检测,并进行骨折部位DR摄片检查。结果:治疗组大鼠血清ALP、血清钙磷乘积在第10天、20天、30天明显升高,且均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该试验表明接骨七厘片能通过提高血清ALP水平和钙磷浓度乘积等血液生化指标,促进钙盐在骨折部位沉积来增强体内骨折的愈合,对骨折愈合过程具有明显的促进作用。Objective：To discuss the effects of Jiegu Qili Tablet during bone fracture healing on blood biochemical induces. Methods. 80 Wistar rats were selected and raised in different cages after bone fracture models established. The rats were divided randomly into two groups： control group and treatment group. Gastric administration of Jiegu Qili Tablet solution was given to the treatment group. The blood biochemical indexes and computed radiography were observed after 5d, 10d, 20d, 30d operation. Results：Serum ALP in the treatment group were significantly increased at 10d, 20d, 30d （P〈0.05）, compared with control group. Serum calcium and phosphorus ion concentration products of the treatment group were significantly elevated at 5d, 10cl, 20d, 30d as compared with that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The promotive effects of Jiegu Qili Tablet may be due to enhancing the activity of serum AI.P, increasing calcium and phosphorus product, promoting the calcium deposition, and therefore promoting osteogenic activity.
