针灸联合麝香四黄汤治疗糖尿病并发急性脑出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合麝香四黄汤治疗糖尿病并发急性脑出血患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将70例糖尿病并发急性脑出血患者随机分为对照组与实验组各35例,对照组患者给予常规西药护理治疗,实验组患者给予针灸联合麝香四黄汤治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,实验组患者的神经功能缺损程度积分为(10.22±2.6),明显低于对照组的(18.0±4.5),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者总有效率为97.1%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合麝香四黄汤治疗糖尿病并发急性脑出血临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To observe the effect of Acupuncture musk combined with shexiangsihuang decotion in the treatment of dia betes. Methods ： 70 patients were selected and averagely divided into two groups according to treatment. The control group of 35 patients treated with conventional medicine care treatment, the experimental group of 35 patients given four yellow soup musk combined therapy of acupuncture, to observed the clinical efficacy of two groups patients. ResultS：Experimental group after treatment the degree of neurological deficit points （10.22± 2.6） was significantly lower than the control group （18.0±4.5） ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of the experimental group （97.1%） was significantly higher than the total of Confrol gronp（71.4 % ）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： shexiangsihuang decotion combined acupuncture for acute cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes significant clinical effects,improved diabetes mellitns in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage cure rate and should be introduced in clinical practice.
