复方甘草酸苷联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹临床研究  

Analysis of the Efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Yupingfeng Granules in the treatment of Chornic Urticaria

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效。方法:将109例患者随机分为治疗组(n=57)和对照组(n=52)。治疗组患者给予复方甘草酸苷片50mg和玉屏风颗粒5g口服治疗,每日3次;对照组患者给予复方甘草酸苷片50mg口服治疗,每日3次。两组患者均治疗4周。结果:经治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为89.4%,明显高于对照组的63.4%,且治疗组患者复发率(11.8%)低于对照组(36.8%),差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of yu ping feng granules combined with compound glycyrrhizin on chornic urticaria（CU）. Methods ：109 patients with CU were randomly divided into the treatment group and control grop. 57 patients of treatment group were treated with yu ping feng granules, 5g, tid, po; at the same time combined with compound glycyrrhizin tables, 50mg,tid,po. 52 patients of control proup were treated by compound glycyrrhizin tables. The course of treatment were 4 weeks. Resuits： The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.4% ,and comparing with the control group（63.4 %） there is a statistically higher（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in the treatment as 11.8%,in the control group was 36.8% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yu ping feng granules combined with comoound glvcvrrhizin in the treatment of CU is effective and the recurrence rate is low
