合理情绪行为疗法对乳腺癌患者应激状态及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨合理情绪行为疗法在改善乳腺癌患者手术应激及护理满意度中的应用效果。方法以100例乳腺癌根治术患者为例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组围术期采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用合理情绪行为疗法，比较两组的健康知识、手术应激以及护理满意度。结果观察组的健康知识得分高于对照组，进入手术室时的心率、血压低于对照组，术后1 d的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，术中肌肉紧张程度小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。观察组在健康教育、心理护理、护理结果等方面的护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论合理情绪行为疗法能够帮助乳腺癌患者建立起有关手术和疾病的良好认知，减少手术应激，提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of rational emotive behavior therapy on improving operation stress and nurs -ing satisfaction of breast cancer patients .Methods A total of 100 cases of radical resection of breast cancer patients in general surgery de -partment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , the control group was given routine nursing in perioperation period, the observation group was given rational emotive behavior therapy based on the control group , two groups were compared with health knowledge , operation stress and nursing satisfaction .Results The health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the con -trol group, blood pressure, heart rate when into the operation room was less than that the control group , anxiety, depression score of 1 day af-ter operation was lower than that in the control group , intraoperative muscle tension was less than that in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Satisfaction of health education , psychological nursing , nursing effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Rational emotive behavior therapy can help breast cancer patients to establish good operation and cognition of disease , and reduce the operation stress , improve nursing satisfaction .
