摘　　要：设计了适用于地区电网的风险评估与校正软件。可以评估电网的薄弱环节,为地区电网调度运行提供风险信息。该软件首先进行基于拓扑辨识的定性风险分析;然后基于风险场景的选择,计算出风险的定量信息;最后根据风险评估的信息,给出校正方案,以降低电网的供电风险。工程应用实例验证了所设计软件的实用性。This paper designs the software, appropriate for the regional power grid risk assessment and correction, especially assessing the weak links of power grid and providing risk information for regional power grid dispatching operation. First of all, the software is applied for qualitative risk analysis based on topology identification. Then, based on the selection of fault scenarios, it calculates quantitative information of the risk. Finally, according to the risk assessment information, correction scheme is presented to reduce the grid power supply risk. Engineering application has proved the practicability of this proposed software.
