摘　　要：从信息干预、人员干预和资金干预3类政府干预方式出发,构建政府干预视角的物流企业公共信息平台采纳模型,选取浙江省物流企业进行问卷调查,研究不同政府干预方式对物流企业公共信息平台采纳意向的影响机理。研究结果表明,政府干预通过平台的价值感知(感知运作价值和感知战略价值)来影响物流企业对公共信息平台的采纳意向,政府干预各维度对平台价值感知各维度的影响作用存在显著性差异。Starting from 3 categories of government intervention including information intervention, personnel intervention and financial intervention, the acceptation model of public information platform in logistic enterprise with government intervention was established. Through taking questionnaire survey in selected logistic enterprises in Zhejiang province, the influence mechanism of different government intervention modes on acceptation intention of public information platform in logistic enterprise was studied. The study result shows the influence of acceptation intention of public information platform in logistic enterprise was influenced by government intervention through value perception（operation value perception and strategic value perception） of the platform, and each dimension of government intervention has obvious different influence action on each dimension of platform value perception.
