摘　　要：缺陷产品召回是产品生产者对其已售出的汽车产品采取措施消除缺陷的活动,政府负责对召回进行监督管理。通过技术标准建立社会认同的缺陷分析、缺陷认定、召回效果评估等技术体系,是完善缺陷产品召回制度的内在要求。本文从国内外背景分析缺陷产品召回标准化的必要性和迫切性,剖析缺陷产品召回流程的技术需求,初步提出缺陷产品召回标准体系框架。Defective product recall refers to the measures taken by producers to eliminate defects in the auto products sold, and the government is responsible for its supervision and management. The technical system on defective analysis, defective identification, recall effect evaluation established through technical standards is the internal requirement to improve the defective product recall system. Based on the background at home and abroad, this article analyses the necessity and urgency of standardization in defective product recall, expounds the technical requirements for defective product recall procedure and preliminarily puts forward the standard system framework of defective product recall.
