摘　　要：本文针对电子商务产品质量监督抽查的抽样方案的特点进行研究,对目前电子商务运营模式的类型进行了分析,剖析了现有电子商务产品监督抽样标准和程序,依据我国对实体店产品进行质量监督抽查的抽样标准原理,研究了无确定仓储的电子商务运营模式的产品质量监督抽样标准特点,并对电子商务产品质量监督抽样标准体系、抽样方案的两类风险控制、抽样的样本量、不合格判定方式等提出了建议。This paper studies the characteristics of sampling method for e-commerce product quality supervision, analyses the types of current e-business operation mode and the existing sampling standards and sampling procedures for product quality supervision. Based on the principle of the national standard of sampling for product quality supervision, this paper also studies the sampling characteristics of commodities in the e-business operation mode which has no certain storage, this paper also puts forward some recommendations from four aspects, including the standard system of sampling for e-commerce product quality supervision, the control of two types of sampling risks, sample size and the ways to determine the disqualified.
