古巴标准与标准化综述

摘　　要：本文整理了古巴的标准化管理特征、标准分类及数量,总结分析了古巴标准化工作重点。古巴的标准、计量、认证、质量由国家标准局统一管理。古巴标准包括强制性和自愿性标准两大类。目前共有113个标准化技术委员会,制定发布有4,502份古巴标准。出口产品完全采用国际和区域标准。古巴标准化的重点是进出口产品标准和家庭购物篮内产品标准,食品安全、环境、服务、能效以及重大工程已经成为标准化重点领域。This article summarizes the characteristics of standardization management and classification and quantity of standards,and analyzes the focus of standardization work in Cuba.Standards,together with metmlogy, certification and quality,are administrated by the National Office of Normalization, which are composed of mandatory and voluntary ones. There are 113 technical committees of standardization （ TNC ） and 4,502 standards （ NC ） developed and released in Cuba currently. International and regional standards are adopted for the exporting products.Export and import product standards and household product standards are the focus of standardization,and food safety, environment, service, energy efficiency and key projects have become important areas of standardization in Cuba.
