摘 要:依据大气压下氩气多脉冲介质阻挡放电理论,运用有限元方法,研究了放电电流密度峰谷时刻的放电模式转换情况,建立了一维多粒子自洽耦合流体模型,并进行了仿真计算.结果显示:当固定驱动频率,外施电压固定1.0KV,放电模式经历汤森放电到辉光再到汤森的转换;驱动频率不变,电压升至2.5KV,放电经历辉光到汤森再到辉光的转换.从1.5KV开始,电流密度波形出现剩余峰;增加外施电压幅值,放电电流密度波峰数目增多,主峰值基本不变.Using the method of finite element to investigate the effect of applied voltage on the discharge modes and mode swapping in atmospheric pressure argon discharge with multiple current pulses by employing a one dimensional fluid model. Analysis the characteristics of discharge modes not only at current peaks but also between two adjacent peaks and conversions between different discharge modes. Simulation results show that the number of the discharge current peaks increases while fixes the driving frequency and increases the applied voltage, and the amplitude of main peak of the current is almost constant. A simple transition from Townsend mode, through glow and back to Townsend one is obtained in the discharge with the applied voltage of 1.0KV. A diverse transition from glow, through Townsend and back to glow and a residual current peak is found with the applied voltage increasing to 2.5KV.
