臭氧联合阿德福韦脂胶囊治疗乙肝的5年随访总结

摘　　要：目的:对臭氧联合阿德福韦酯胶囊治疗乙肝患者的5年随访情况进行总结。方法:对广东省英德市人民医院2008年1月-2014年1月收治的112例乙肝患者5年来的治疗随访情况进行分析总结。结果:患者的肝功能、肝纤维指标Childpugh评分均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);5年来HBV-DNA定量小于500 copies/m L的患者病情稳定无反弹;5年生存率为94.6%。结论:治疗乙肝患者采取臭氧联合阿德福韦酯胶囊,能够有效提高患者的生活质量。Objective 5 years follow-up of ozone combined with adefovir capsule in the treatment of hepatitis B were summarized. Methods Year from 2008 to 2014 for 112 eases of hepatitis B patients were followed up and analyzed. Results The liver function, liver fibrosis index patients were better than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）; 5 years HBV-DNA quantitatively less than 500 copies / ml in patients with stable disease no rebound; 5-year survival rate was 94.6 %. Conclusion The treatment of hepatitis B patients taking adefovir capsule combined with ozone can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
