摘　　要：纺织业是苏州的传统支柱产业和重要民生产业。吴江盛泽的纺织业历史悠久,并已经形成集群效应。但是,在新兴产业冲击下纺织业发展出现边缘化,供应链高成本已是不可回避的现实。盛泽纺织业集群正遭受极大的挑战:集群内企业的结构不合理,缺少核心企业的引领;企业创新能力弱,产品科技含量低;供应链上下游企业缺少合作。顺应全球供应链一体化的潮流,运用模糊理论对盛泽纺织业供应链一体化模式进行探索,从而实现资源的整合共享以及传统纺织业的升级发展。Textile industry is the traditional pillar industry and important livelihood industry in Suzhou.Wujiang Shengze＇s textile industry has a long history and has formed cluster effect. However,the impact of emerging industry leads to the marginalization of textile industry.High cost of supply chain has become the unavoidable reality.Shengze＇s textile industry cluster is suffering great challenges： unreasonable enterprise structure in the cluster and lack of core enterprise＇s leading,weak innovation ability of enterprises along with low technological element of products, upstream and downstream enterprises＇s less cooperation in supply chain. Complying with the trend of global supply chain integration, it is high time to explore the model of supply chain integration between textile enterprises in Shengze,which can promote integration and sharing of resources and then boosts the upgrading of traditional textile industry.
