摘　　要：随着高校基金会的逐渐增多,高校基金会已经形成一个具有竞争性的领域。本文站在战略与竞争的角度去探讨高校基金会的发展问题,引入了SWOT战略分析工具,构建了基于高校基金会发展的SWOT分析框架。As the college foundations gradually increase, college foundations have formed a competitive field. The paper considers the development problems of college foundations standing on angles of strategy and competition, introduces the SWOT Strategic analysis tool, and then constructs a SWOT analysis framework of college foundations.
