摘  要:目的比较不同粒径的碳酸钙的除铅效果。方法配制模拟小肠上端液,观测体外不同粒径碳酸钙的除铅效果;建立铅中毒动物模型,观测体内不同粒径碳酸钙的除铅效果;原子吸收光谱仪测定Pb2+浓度。结果不同粒径的碳酸钙在模拟肠液中均能降低铅离子浓度,并且除铅效果随着粒径减小而增强,小粒径的纳米碳酸钙A在6 h时,几乎全部去除铅离子。动物实验表明,纳米碳酸钙的除铅效果与常用口服驱铅药物二巯基丁二酸相同,优于微米碳酸钙。结论纳米碳酸钙具有成为新型无毒副作用驱铅药剂的潜力。[ Objective ] To compare the effect of calcium carbonate with different particle sizes on lead removal. [Methods ] Simulated intestinal fluid of the upper small intestine was prepared, and the effect of calcium carbonate with different particle sizes on lead removal in vitro was observed; animal models of lead poisoning were established, and the effect of calcium carbonate with different particle sizes on lead removal in vivo was observed; concentration of Pb^2+ was determined by atomic absorption spectrometer. [Results] Calcium carbonate with different particle sizes in simulated intestinal fluid could reduce lead ion concentration, and the lead removal effect enhanced with the decrease of the particle size. Nano calcium carbonate A with small particle size removed almost all lead ions at 6 hours. Animal experiments showed that the effect of nano calcium carbonate on lead removal was the same as the effect of common oral drug 2-thiol succinic acid, which was better than the effect of micron calcium carbonate. [ Conclusions ] Nano calcium carbonate has the potential of becoming a new lead removal reagent without toxic and side effects.
