补肾健骨汤联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究补肾健骨汤结合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取该院接受治疗的老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规的西药治疗,实验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用补肾健骨汤,比较两组患者治疗前后的椎管侵占率、cobb角、伤锥前高压缩比、两组患者的总体治疗效果以及治疗前后的Frankel分级等情况。结果治疗后实验组患者的cobb角以及椎管侵占率均要明显小于对照组(P<0.05),而实验组治疗后的伤锥前高压缩比则要明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗的总体效果上,实验组的总体治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组患者的Frankel分级均要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾健骨汤结合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效要明显优于单纯的西药治疗。【Objectives】To study the clinic effect of Kidney-invigorating and bone-strengthening soup combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. 【Methods】Sixty patients with senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine, and patients in the other group were treated by Kidney-invigorating and bone-strengthening soup attached to the basic treatment of control group. The spinal canal encroachment-rate, cobb angle and injured centrum＇s compression ratio,general effect and Frankel classification before and after treatment in two groups were compared. 【Results】After treatment, cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment-rate of experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）, while the injured centrum＇s compression ratio was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The general effective rate of experimental group was significant higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Frankel classification of experimental group was better than that of control group. 【Conclusions】Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has a better clinic effect in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures than simple western medicine.
