摘　　要：滇西腾冲因其特殊的地理位置,成为古代中缅边防的要塞、西南丝绸之路的要冲。自明代建城起,腾冲经历了"极边第一城"、"西南第一通商口岸"、"旅游城"的功能转换和社会变迁。考察西南丝绸之路如何影响、推动腾冲城市的发展变迁过程,可为当前国家实施"一带一路"战略,再促边城腾冲乃至整个西南边疆城镇发展提供借鉴。Tengchong, because of its special geographical location, the fortress of the ancient China and myanmar border, southwest silk road crossroads. Since the founding of the Ming dynasty, Tengchong has experienced the 'edge' of the first city, southwest of the first trading ports, the function of 'tourism city' transformation, and social change. Southwestern Silk Road how to inf luence and promote the development of Tengchong city vicissitude process, can implement thestrategy of 'area' for the country to promote in Tengchong and even the entire southwest frontier town development for reference.
