摘　　要：从建立恶性肿瘤中医辨治理论体系角度,系统探讨恶性肿瘤病因病机、病证诊断、施治原则、治疗大法等。其病因包括外邪、七情、饮食、脏腑失调、年老体虚等。基本病机:初期酿生癌毒,搏结痰瘀;中期邪阻气机,脏腑失调;晚期走注伤正,步入损途。病名诊断可根据中医病名与恶性肿瘤的对应关系而进行。证候诊断一般包括癌毒、痰瘀、失调、虚损、侵袭走注等。治疗涉及抗癌解毒与扶正培本两方面。Through the establishment of theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in malignant tumors, systematically investigate the malignant tumors on the etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis of disease and syndrome, treatment principle, treatment methods and so on. The causes include external pathogenic agents, seven emotions, diet, internal organs disorders, old age and weakness, etc. The basic pathogenesis includes
