艾滋病发病与防治中医理论的初步构建

摘　　要：艾滋病作为一种传染病,以往缺乏系统的中医理论研究。通过对艾滋病中医病因病机、证候规律、治法方药的系统研究,提出了"艾毒伤元""脾为枢机""气虚为本"的病因病机学说,明确了艾滋病中医证候分布规律,拟定了艾滋病基本证候辨证量表,确立了艾滋病"培元解毒""益气健脾"的治疗原则,研发了"扶正排毒片""益艾康"等治疗药物,初步构建了艾滋病中医基础理论体系,为中医药防治艾滋病奠定了理论基础,为进一步提高艾滋病的中医药临床诊疗效果提供理论依据。Acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS）, as an infectious disease, was lack of systematic theoretical researches of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） formerly. Therefore, TCM etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome principle and therapeutic method and prescription of AIDS are systematically discussed in this article. ＂poison impairing vitality＂ and ＂deficient spleen Qi as the root＂ are proposed as its etiology and pathogenesis. Its TCM syndrome distributional principles were clearly described and the basic syndrome differentiation scale was proto- coled. AIDS＇ therapeutic principles of ＂restoring vitality and detoxifying＂ and ＂re were determined. The relevant prescriptions such as Fuzheng Paidu Pian （扶正排毒片 ） and to invigorate spleen＂ YiAiKang （ 益艾康 ） were invented. Ultimately, AIDS basic theoretical system of TCM was preliminarily established. It might help establishing the theoretical foundation of TCM prevention and treatment of AIDS and providing scientific basis for improving AIDS TCM clinical diaznosis and treatment efficacv.
