摘　　要：公立医院数字医疗建设是人口健康信息化建设的重要组成部分。本文对我国29个省市的249家三级、二级医院的数字医疗建设情况进行了问卷调查。对组织框架、人员队伍、资金保障、基础设施建设、数字医疗信息系统建设、部分重点领域建设6个方面的建设成效和存在问题进行了分析,为进一步推进数字医疗建设提供参考借鉴。The development of digital medicine in public hospital is important for health informatization in China. Questionnaire survey on the development of digital medicine of 249 tertiary and secondary hospitals in 29 provinces of China was conducted. Current status and difficulties were analyzed regarding the organizational framework, personnel, funds guarantee, infrastructure construction, digital medical information system construction and some key fields to provide further suggestions for promoting digital medicine development.
