摘　　要：在原卫生部国家卫生信息化试点项目和国家发改委项目的推动下,重庆市、区(县)级平台上已初步建立了电子病历数据库,达到了省级区域卫生信息互联互通标准化成熟度三级要求,但目前还存在着市级医疗机构电子病历有待增加、数据质量需要提高的情况。本文以重庆市试点区县的电子病历数据进行统计,分析了影响电子病历数量、数据质量的原因,为增加电子病历数量、提高电子病历质量,从而构建本市的临床数据中心建设提出了建议。Promoted by the Pre-Ministry of Health＇;s national health information pilot project and the National Development and Reform Commission’s project, Chongqing has established the electronic medical record database in the city and district level platform, and reached the third level in the provincial Regional Health Information interoperability standardized maturity test, but some problems are still existed, such as less electronic medical records in the municipal medical institutions and low data quality. This article made the use of the electronic medical records data of Chongqing, analyzed the influential reasons of electronic medical record number and data quality, thus provided some suggestions for constructing the clinical data center of the city to increase the quantity of electronic medical records and improve the quality of electronic medical records.
