摘  要:考察成型过程因素对黧蒴栲和工业油料饼粕协同成型行为的影响。结果表明,饼粕及其堆肥化产物的加入有利于提升颗粒强度。随着温度的升高及含水率、饼粕、饼粕堆肥化产物含量的增加,混合颗粒挤压能耗持续降低。推动能耗分别随温度的升高而增大、随含水率的增大先增大后减小、饼粕和饼粕堆肥化产物含量的增大先减小后增大。Meyer强度随温度的升高而增强,随饼粕和饼粕堆肥化产物含量的增加先增强后减弱,在含水率10%(质量分数)时强度最大。The influences of various factors on pelletization oil cake into Castanopsis fissa Rehd. et Wils sawdust was in process were investigated. It was shown that the addition of favor of pelletization by decreasing the energy consumption during pelletization as well as improving pellets hardness. The consumption of the compression energy decreased with the increasing of temperature, moisture content and the oil cake and the mixed oil cake composting content. The extrusion energy consumption raised with the temperature: increased with the moisture content firstly and then decreased, and decreased with increasing percentage of the oil cake and mixed oil cake composting firstly and then increased. The Meyer hardness increased with the temperature, increased firstly with increasing percentage of the oil cake and mixed oil cake composting and then dropped. The highest Meyer hardness was obtained at 10wt% moisture content.
