摘  要:为精确控制潮流能水轮机的输出功率与载荷,得到叶片安装角控制规律,基于动量叶素理论、粘性CFD数值模拟以及模型试验的方法,对1 k W水轮机模型在不同安装角度下的水动力性能进行研究,计算水平轴潮流能水轮机叶片在不同安装角下的水动力性能与载荷。数值模拟与理论计算的结果表明:叶片安装角度的改变对水轮机的输出功率与载荷均有较明显影响,并呈现一定规律;通过模型实验验证了数值模拟方法的可靠性。In order to precisely control the turbine output power and load, get blade pitch control law, and adapt to low- flow environment condition, hydrodynamics of 1 kW tidal current turbine at different pitches were studied based on methods of blade element momentum theory, viscous CFD numerical simulation and model test in towing tank. This paper reported on the results which were got from the 1 kW model experiment at different preset angles, and calculated the hydrodynamic performance and loads of the horizontal axis turbine at different preset angles. Numerical simulation and theoretical calculation results shown that it has a quite pronounced affect on the output power and loads of the turbine, and shows some regularity. It was compared with test data to verify the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation, validated the reliability of the two methods above, and provided the reliable experiment data for the variable pitch turbine.
