摘　　要：文章分析"程焕文之问",列举数据商霸权行为的具体表现,分析数据商霸权地位的成因,提出图书馆抵制数据商霸权行为的策略,并作答"程焕文之问"。This article starting with the analysis of the questions of professor Cheng Huanwen, lists the specific performances of hegemonic behaviors of database vendors and explains the reasons why database vendors own the hegemonic position, on this basis, some strategies which libraries resist hegemonic behavior of database vendors are given out and answer the questions of professor Cheng Huanwen as well.
