摘 要:为促进挤压型直流电缆在大容量、远距离电能传输方面的应用,对挤压型直流电缆发展现状及关键技术问题做了述评与分析。指出挤压型直流电缆的发展需要解决多场耦合作用下介质空间及界面电荷的产生、输运、积累及消散过程,绝缘介质多性能协同调控两大关键科学问题。并需要在如下几方面取得重大技术突破:纳米复合材料对空间电荷、内电场、热场分布的调控机理及协同趋优调控方法,直流电缆内绝缘系统缺陷的产生、发展和演变过程,绝缘老化和缺陷状态的表征参数,纳米掺杂对挤压型直流电缆长期运行特性的影响,面向未来的高压直流电缆绝缘的可回收绿色环保型材料体系。For promoting the application of extruded HVDC cables in power transmission with large capacity and long distance, we reviewed and summarized the development progress and key technical problems of extruded HVDC cables. It is pointed out that two key scientific issues should be solved in the development of extruded HVDC cables, namely, the space charge generation, transport, accumulation and dissipation properties of multi-field coupling media, and coordinated regulation of multiple properties of insulation dielectrics. We need to achieve the following significant technical break- throughs: the regulation mechanism and collaborative near-optimal regulation methods of space charges, inner electrical field, and thermal field for novel insulation system by doping inorganic nano-particles; the generation, development, and evolution processes of defects in insulations of extruded HVDC cables; the characterizing parameters of insulation aging and defect states; influences of nano-particles dopants on long-term operation characteristics of extruded HVDC cables; recyclable and green environment-friendly insulation material system for future HVDC cables.
