摘 要:针对变压器建模中铁芯涡流的频变问题,基于改进的矢量匹配法建立了变压器铁芯的频变涡流模型。从铁芯叠片涡流阻抗表达式出发,用改进的矢量匹配法对其进行拟合,拟合带宽为10 Hz^10 MHz,并给出了拟合误差分布。在此基础上用电路综合的方法建立了其6阶电路模型;最后通过与现有实现方式进行误差对比,最大误差从10.48%降低到0.17%,提高了模型的准确性。结果表明,该方法简便、准确,使用该方法可提高变压器宽频建模的准确性,同时为变压器铁磁谐振等相关建模问题提供参考。To solve the eddy current frequency dependent problem in transformer core modeling, we established a trans- former core model about eddy current based on modified vector fitting. The formula for the eddy current impedance of a lamination was fitted in a wide frequency range (10 Hz-10 MHz) by the modified vector fitting method. The distribution of the fitting error was given. Thereby, a circuit model of six orders was obtained by a circuit synthesis method. Moreover, the fitting errors of the present method and existing method were compared, and the maximum error could be reduced from 10.48% to 0.17%. The results show that the present method is more accurate and more convenient in realization. The method adopted in the paper can improve the accuracy of wide frequency transformer model, and can be adopted to solve the related problems, such as transformer ferromagnetic resonance.
