摘 要:智能变电站多将保护和控制以及监测等电子设备下放到汇控柜内,由于距离电磁骚扰源更近,使得这些电子设备的电磁兼容问题更加突出。为此,运用自制的电磁瞬态测量系统,对某500 kV气体绝缘变电站调试期间隔离开关和断路器操作在汇控柜电流互感器组件端口产生的骚扰电压进行了测量。测量结果显示,气体绝缘开关设备汇控柜内智能组件端口共模骚扰电压最大值为326.75 V,差模骚扰电压最大值为189.84 V。并分析比较了隔离开关操作、断路器合闸操作和断路器分闸–合闸–闸操作时端口骚扰电压的差异。断路器操作时端口骚扰电压有可观的幅值水平,尤其是断路器分闸–合闸–分闸操作时端口骚扰电压在幅值、微脉冲持续时间和上升沿上较隔离开关操作时有更为严重的情况出现。最后,研究了IEC 61000-4-18阻尼振荡波试验标准与实测波形的对应情况。实测波形参数和标准波形参数略有差异,总体的对应情况较好。实测端口的电磁骚扰水平低于IEC 61000-4-18标准的试验等级1。In an intelligent substation, electronic equipment placed in control cabinets such as protection, control and monitoring devices may be confronted with severe transient electromagnetic disturbance due to proximity with the pri- mary disturbance sources like the switching operation of a disconnector or a circuit breaker. We used a home-made electromagnetic transient measurement system to measure and to record the disturbance voltage on the ports of current transformer(TA) in control cabinets during diseonectors and circuit breaker operations in a 500 kV GIS. Measurement re- sults show that the maximum common mode disturbance voltage on the ports of TA in control cabinets is 326.75 V, the maximum differential mode disturbance voltage is 189.84 V. We compared and analyzed the differences of disturbance voltages between disconnector operations, circuit breaker closing operations and circuit breaker under open- ing-closing-opening operations. There is considerable disturbance voltage amplitude during circuit breaker closing operations. Especially, there is more serious situation on the amplitude, micro-pulse duration and rising time of the dis- turbance voltage during circuit breaker under opening-closing-opening operations. Finally, we discussed the corresponding conditions between the experimental waveform of a damp oscillatory wave defined in standard IEC 61000-4-18 and the realistic disturbance waveform. The parameters of both are a litter different but the total correspon- dence is well. The realistic disturbance voltage is lower than that in IEC 61000-4-18.
