摘  要:在直流输电系统设计中,绝缘配合是直流线路设计的重要环节。为此对±800 kV输电线路的绝缘配合差异化进行了研究,给出了直流线路绝缘配合差异化技术的概念和方法,并分别就线路绝缘配置、导线对杆塔空气间隙距离和线路极间距离的差异化进行了研究。给出了不同污秽条件、不同海拔高度、不同绝缘子材质、不同绝缘子型号条件下,瓷绝缘子(I串、V串和耐张串)和复合绝缘子的差异化配置方案;确定了不同过电压倍数、不同海拔高度下导线对杆塔的空气间隙距离和最小极间距离;给出了不同污秽条件、不同海拔高度下的复合绝缘子串长和串长所需极间距离;确定了不同海拔高度、不同分裂间距、不同导线型号时,满足电磁环境限值要求所需的最小极间距离。研究结果可为±800 kV直流输电线路的差异化绝缘配合提供指导,对提高特高压直流输电线路的经济性和科学性具有重要意义。Insulation coordination plays an important role in design of DC transmission line. Thus, we researched the insulation coordination differentiation of±800 kV transmission lines, put forward the concept and method of insulation coordination differentiation,and studied the differentiation for the insulation configuration, air clearance from line to tower, and the distance between poles of transmission lines. Moreover, we put forward different configuration schemes of porce- lain insulator (I string, V string and tension string) and composite insulator under the conditions of different contaminations, altitudes, insulator materials, and types, obtained the air clearances between transmission lines and towers and the minimum distance among poles under the conditions of different overvoltage ratios and altitudes, and determined the composite string length and distance among poles needed by string with different contaminations and altitudes, as well as the minimum distance among poles with different altitudes, split spaces of transmission lines, and line types. The re- suits can provide the guidance for insulation coordination differentiation of ±800 kV transmission lines, and are of importance to improving economy and science of transmission lines.
