摘 要:在保证安全的前提下,取消1000kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)隔离开关的阻尼电阻,可减少故障率,极大提高特高压工程的经济性。因此,首先依托前期在交流特高压基地试验平台上的研究成果和工程经验,建立了芜湖变电站的仿真模型,并初步计算了特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)水平;然后通过比较试验平台与实际变电站的不同,对建模方法进行了修正,同时结合VFTO的产生机理对计算条件进行了修正,得到修正后芜湖变电站在本期和远期接线下VFTO水平略微超过允许值2087kV;随后,开展了GIS设备耐受VFTO的讨论,从VFTO波形、VFTO下的击穿特性、隔离开关耐受VFTO能力和绝缘配合方法方面,认为仿真计算结果相对实际过电压水平过于保守,且取2087kV作为绝缘耐受水平偏严在前述基础上,提出可取消芜湖变电站隔离开关阻尼电阻的结论。最后,通过调试结果的验证,表明取消芜湖变电站阻尼电阻是可靠的。本研究所用方法具备一定工程推广价值。Based on the safety of power system, removing the damping resistance in UHV GIS substation may reduce fault rate and improve the economic performance of UHV project. Therefore, on the basis of former research achieve- ments and engineering experiences gained from UHV GIS test platform, we built simulation models of Wuhu UHV GIS substation, and preliminarily analyzed the VFTO level. Furthermore, according to the comparison of test circuit and actual substation, the modeling method and initial conditions of simulation were revised from the generation mechanism of VFTO. The subsequent amplitude of calculated VFTOs slightly exceeded the allowable value, 2 087 kV, under current and future wiring plans of Wuhu UHV GIS substation. Then the insulation withstand level of GIS equipment exposed to VFTO was discussed, in the respects of VFTO waveforms, breakdown characteristics under VFTO, withstand level of GIS disconnector, together with the insulation coordination method. The conclusions can be drawn from the discussion that, the simulated level of VFTOs is too conservative; what is more, the allowable value of 2 087 kV is too strict, which forms the basis for the suggestion of removing damping resistance from Wuhu UHV GIS substation. Finally, based on the VFTO measurement carried out in the system commissioning of the project, the security of disconnector without damping resistance is proved, and the process of removing damping resistance can be applied to the future UHV GIS substations.
