辽宁省金融深化与经济增长关系实证研究

摘　　要：通过对国内外金融深化和经济增长理论进行回顾,并对辽宁省经济运行和金融市场状况进行阐述,选取金融相关率、存款余额增长率、贷款余额增长率、金融资源利用率及经济增长率等5个指标,运用VAR模型对辽宁省金融深化与经济增长关系进行实证分析,得出辽宁省金融相关率、存款余额增长率、贷款余额增长率及金融资源利用率均与经济增长率之间存在正相关关系,金融相关率、金融资源利用率与经济增长率相关度不高的结论,并有针对性地提出实行地区差别化金融政策,加快推进利率市场化进程,提高直接融资比重;有效配置信贷资源,积极拓宽信贷投资渠道;扩大产业支持范围,减少存款流失,创造良好经济环境,持续推动经济发展等政策建议。Through the review of domestic and foreign financial deepening and economic growth theory, this paper elaborates the Liaoning Province Economic and financial market status, selects five indicators, namely financially-related rate, deposit growth rate, loan rate , the utilization rate of financial re- sources and economic growth rate, and employs VAR model to make an empirical analysis of Liaoning Province financial deepening and economic growth. The findings indicated that four indicators are all positively correlated with economic growth, and that financially-related rate and the utilization rate of financial resources have low correlation rate with economic growth rate. And the paper suggests implementing the regional differences of monetary policy, promoting the marketization of interest rate, increasing the proportion of direct financing, effectively allocating credit resources, actively expanding investment channels, expanding the industrial scope, reducing the loss of the deposit, creating a good economic environment, continuing to promote economic development.
