摘 要:为确保从动件输出端的准确运动规律、减少高速运动时的冲击,建立凸轮机构的动力学系统模型和相应方程,导出从动件输出端的运动规律下凸轮与从动件接触处的运动规律,以此为依据设计了凸轮轮廓曲线。在此基础上,综合考虑凸轮工作过程中变形,建立了凸轮机构凸轮轮廓接触变形的计算模型,提出将接触变形融入凸轮轮廓精度的设计思想,实现了凸轮轮廓表面粗糙度的合理设计。计算结果表明,该设计思想获得的凸轮轮廓的精度等级较原有设计要低1~2级,因此可降低制造成本,达到节能的目标。In order to obtain precise law of motion of follower’s output position and decrease the impact in high speed, a dynamics model and corresponding equation of cam mechanism have been established, the motion law of contact point of cam and follower has been also derived. Based on derived motion the cam profile has been designed. Considering the deformation in the process of CAM work, establish the calculation model of the cam mechanism and the cam outline contact deformation, and put forward the design idea that integrate the contact deformation into the CAM contour accuracy. The reasonable design of the surface roughness on the cam outline was achieved. The calculation results show that, based on the design idea above, the precision grade of the cam outline has a 1-2 level lower than before, reducing the manufacturing cost, achieving the goal of energy saving.
