摘　　要：科研经费报销审批,是科研经费使用的一个重要环节.如何管好、用好科研经费,简化经费报销审批流程,已是科研经费管理部门和科研人员共同想要解决的问题.本文以南京医科大学第一附属医院科研经费管理为例,探讨如何优化科研经费审批流程,提高科研经费的报销效率.Scientific research funds for examination and approval,is an important link in scientific research funds to use.How to manage,with a good scientific research funds,simplify examination and approval process for expenses reimbursement,is a scientific research funds management departments and scientific research personnel to want to solve the problem.In this paper,the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,scientific research funds management as an example,discusses how to optimize the research procedures,improve the efficiency of scientific research funds of reimbursement.
