摘 要:针对用全站仪进行房产坐标测量时计算出的房屋面积精度不高的现状,文章认为卷尺或手持式测距仪在房屋边长测量上精度要高于全站仪,以卷尺或手持式测距仪测量出来的距离作为房屋边长真值,以房角点坐标作为观测值,运用条件平差方法,使坐标测量和边长丈量相结合,能够有效提高房产坐标测量的精度。最后运用VC++开发工具,编程实现了房产坐标平差方法。Aiming at the current status that the precision of house area calculated by house property coordinate measuring with Total Station is relatively low, the paper proposed that the precision of measur- ing housing side length by the tape or hand-held range finder should be higher than by Total Station; and the precision of house property coordinate measuring would be improved through taking the distance meas- ured by the tape or hand-held range finder as the truth values of the house side lengths, and the house co- ordinates as the observed values, using condition adjustment method and combining coordinate measuring with side length measurement. Finally, it realized the method of house property coordinate adjustment by programming with the VC+ + development tools.
