摘  要:为研究电化学脱硫过程中HCl电解质与煤作用的动力学行为,制备化学修饰碳糊电极,测量煤样循环伏安曲线,研究电解质与煤作用过程;测定煤样在不同扫描速度的伏安曲线,分析煤电化学传质过程;测量样品的Tafel曲线,解析煤电化学催化氧化作用机理。结果表明:黄铁矿为引起煤氧化还原电流的主要物质,在电解脱硫之后已被大部分脱除;煤样在电解脱硫过程中发生的是一个准可逆扩散控制过程;脱硫前期电解腐蚀速率较快,阳极氧化占主导作用,脱硫后期阴极还原起作用。采用电化学测试能较好地分析煤电解脱硫过程中的电化学行为,为煤电化学脱硫提供了理论依据。This paper is devoted to studying the dynamics behavior between HC1 electrolyte and coal during the electrochemical desulfurization process. The focused study consists of preparing chemically mod- ified carbon paste electrodes to do all the measurements; investigating the reaction process between the e- lectrolyte and coal via the measurement of cyclic voltammetry curve on coal samples; identifying the coal' s electrochemical mass transfer process via the measurement of voltammetry curves of coal samples under different scanning rate; and analyzing the coal' s electrochemical catalytic oxidation mechanism via the samples' measurements of Tafel curves. The results show that Pyrite, known as the main substance causing the coal's oxidation/reduction current is greatly removed by electrolysis desulfurization; the coal samples experience a quasi-reversible diffusion controlled process due to the electrolysis desulfurization process; the electrolysis corrosion occurs at a faster rate at the beginning stage of desulfurization due to the leading reac- tion of anodic oxidation and cathodic reduction tends to play a role at the ending stage. The electrochemi- cal tests, capable of a better analysis of the electrochemical behavior during the coal' s electrolysis desul- furization process may provide a theoretical basis for the coal' s electrochemical desulfurization.
