摘　　要：中国粮食安全问题一直受到国内外学术界的关注,相关研究成果对保障中国乃至世界粮食安全提供了有效支持。在查阅国内外大量文献的基础上,从中国粮食供需关系、粮食安全评价体系、粮食安全判定标准3个方面入手,对现有关于中国粮食安全评价方面的研究成果进行梳理,指出现有研究成果的不足,并展望了后续的研究重点方向,以期为中国粮食安全评价研究工作的深化开展提供参考。The problem of food security in China has been paid close attention by academic circles in both China and overseas. Thus, the issue has provided effective supports to guarantee the food security in China, even in the world. Based on much literature review, from the aspects of grain supply and demand in China, food security evaluation system, and food security criteria, this paper sorted out the existed research on China＇s food security and pointed out its deficiencies in order to give the outlook of the subsequent research, and provide supports to deepen the food security evaluation work in China.
