摘　　要：通过分析部分"985"高校的图书馆用工数据,揭示高校图书馆近年用工制度组成和发展变化的特点,分析用工制度发生变化的原因,讨论未来用工制度改革和调整的实践路径。This article makes analysis on the employment data of the key university libraries, reveals the employment system composition and characteristics of the development, analyzes the reason of the employ- ment system change, and discusses the reform and practical path of employment system in the future.
