摘　　要：以英国研究型图书馆联盟成功抵制爱思唯尔和威立的大宗交易的实践为案例,描述了其谈判的组织、新方案的制订及谈判的过程和结果。最后,给合国外实践经验,提出国内图书馆期刊联盟采购困境的应对措施:及早筹划应对之策、评估退出大宗交易的成本、建立谈判组织、设计期刊采购的新方案等。Based on a case study of the practices of British RLUK successfully resisting the big deal of Elsevier and Wiley, the study describes the organization, process and result of negotiations, and then dis- cusses the dilemmas of big deal of domestic libraries, and finally points out some measures including plan- ning a response strategy early, evaluating the cost of opting out of big deal, establishment a negotiation or- ganization, and designing new plans of e-journal subscription.
