摘　　要：从Pay-Per-View(PPV)的译名、需求、概念和服务模式及对案例的再分析,对《美国大学图书馆按量付费期刊采购案例分析及思考》一文进行了补充,讨论了国内图书馆应用PPV方式采购论文的困境并提出建议。From the terminology, demands, concepts and service models of Pay-Per-View （PPV） and re-analysis of the cases, the paper added notes to the article of Pay-Per-View in the Libraries of American Universities.A Case Study, discussed the dilemma of journal articles acquisition by PPV in domestic librar- ies and gave some recommendations.
