摘　　要：论述国内外学科馆员学科知识服务能力研究的现状,结合学科知识服务工作实践,提出学科馆员开展学科知识服务所需的22项知识和技能,并通过调研实证了这些能力要求的合理性和必要性。This paper discusses the domestic and foreign research status of the subject knowledge service ability of subject librarian. In combination with the subject knowledge service practice, it puts forward the twenty-two kinds of knowledge and skills which the subject librarians required, and proves the requirement＇s rationality and necessity by empirical research.
