摘　　要：随着信息技术的高速发展,出版业在出版载体和出版方式等方面都发生了很大变化。对于出版机构而言,出版物不再是单一的资源,不仅包含文字、图片、音频、视频、光盘、附件、元数据等多种资源的集合,还包含出版过程中的相关资源,如结构信息、排版信息、设计信息、字体信息等。如何对所有这些资源及其关系进行建模,以实现这些出版资源的统一表示和复用,是数字出版面临的问题。文章详细介绍了基于OWL-DL标准的出版物数字内容资源本体模型PUBO,包括内容结构、内容特征、表现形式、载体方式以及资源之间的关系,最后介绍了该模型的应用方式和应用前景。With rapid development of information technology, the medium, forms and means of publication have changed greatly. For publishing organizations, publication is not a single resource, but a combination of mul- tiple resources not only including text, images, audio, video, CD data, attachments, metadata, etc. , but also in- cluding publishing process related resources such as structures, typesetting, layout design, font, etc.. How to de- sign a unified data model of these resources in order to realize the unified representation of their attributes and rela- tion is a key issue of digital publishing. This paper introducesPUBlication Ontology （PUBO） based OWL-DL standard, details its structures, content features, forms of representation, media types, and relations among them. At last, the application and prospect of PUBO are discussed.
