摘　　要：液环泵广泛应用于电力、石油、化工、冶金、消防等领域,其运行状态直接影响到整个机组的工作和安全性能,一旦发生故障,将造成重大经济损失甚至严重事故。根据液环泵安全可靠运行的需求,本文研究开发了一套液环泵工作在线监测及分析系统,能够实现对液环泵的温度、压力、流量、轴功率、转速、振动等性能参数的采集、处理、显示、存储、异常判断和故障报警,及时发现潜在的故障及其原因。通过液环泵的实验测试,验证了该监测系统的有效性及实用性。Liquid-ring pump is widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, firefighting and other fields. Its working conditions directly affact operation and safety of the whole system. Once malfunction occurs in a liquid-ring pump, it may cause a great economic loss and even horrible accidents. According to the demand of the safety and reliable operation of liquid-ring pump, we develop an on-line monitoring and analysis system,which can process, display, store, judge abnormal, fault alarm of its temperature, pressure, flow rate, axis power, revolving speed as well as vibration. In this system, potential malfunction and its factors can be found in time. By the experimental test of the liquid-ring pump, it has proved the availability and effectiveness of the monitoring systems for liquid-ring pump working condition.
